The way chat control/chaos mode/random events work is that a poll will be placed on screen for the viewers to vote for, and their votes will cause random and chaotic effects in the game. To vote, say a number you want to vote in the chat. It will take around 10 seconds to process your vote, so don’t worry. If you have voted already, you can’t change your decision.
