Singapore Changi Airport is aviation heaven, for more factors than one... given that it is ranked as one of the world's best airports, ranked as number 1 for 8 years straight up until 2021, and now ranked number 3 behind Hamad International and Tokyo Haneda. Nevertheless, Changi airport is one of the most stunning and breathtaking airports, due to its welcoming and incredible terminals, including the famous Rain Vortex waterfall and surrounding nature. Let's not forget the planes, Singapore Changi is one of the world's busiest airports, ranked in the top 20 for most passengers moved on average annually, and provides nothing short of breathtaking aircraft and beautiful green scenery to go with it, to make planespotting pure heaven at Singapore. This video was filmed back in 2022 when I last visited Singapore. This video focuses solely on departures from runway 02L, filmed from the Crowne Plaza hotel which offers some fantastic views from the 9th floor rooms!
