Did this hike the other week, looking for some solitude, and I pretty much found it. Only encountered a few other people while getting some awesome views and an excellent workout. You start off at the middle fork Teanaway fork, just past the bridge. The trail is unmarked and is also used by motor cycles and mountain bikes. You can see in the video that the trail had some damage to it caused by the forest fires a few years back, but this place is still beautiful. I did about 15 miles and close to 4000 feet elevation gain, after all the ups and downs. Highly recommend this trail if you like long hikes and solitude.
