[ARCHIVED: JANUARY 17, 2025] [APRIL 20, 2024] - This day has been the "very" last day of the Owego Treadway Inn before their doors are permanently closed and it'll be getting demolished. This is my first, but the final time visiting the Owego Treadway Inn at Quality Inn before it permanently closes down and gets demolished. Here I was walking around the Owego Treadway Inn giving a tour in three floors. The Mead and Sons Auctioneers from Early Owego Antique Center were there giving an auction beginning at 10AM and the previewing was at 8AM. Everything had to go to get selling these items from Owego Treadway Inn before the demolishing goes on. The board in Town of Owego, NY had their meeting about getting a brand new grocery store replacing the Owego Treadway Inn and it have confirmed that the Aldi store will be coming over to Tioga County for the very first time.
