Sara and I take our friends Frank, Helen, and Roy (the dog) out for some reef fishing aboard the "Broad Minded". We get into a great bite of yellowtail snapper and Helen catches one of the biggest yellowtail snapper I've ever seen! We finish off the trip with a few kingfish before heading back to Bud n' Mary's Marina. Back at home we cook up the massive yellowtail on the Traeger grill! We stuff it with crab meat and add on a couple fruits! Enjoy!
