https://softspokenvoice.com/ In my previous video I talked pretty briefly about working with limiting beliefs, but since I want a refresher on this myself, I just decided to go over my approach in more detail. I don't do this with everything ever because some things are just easier for me to expect than others -- but if there's something that comes up again and again in my head, and it stops me from feeling good, I try to work on it. Because ultimately what I want is to feel good, I care about that, so I can't think these things that take away from that feeling... otherwise I'm not feeling good! Wanting to feel good above all else kind of forces you to start working on these beliefs that stop you from feeling that way. So, this is currently my approach, but I am always learning and being open to different ways of going about it all.
