Between light and darkness

As cave divers we always thrive to have the most potent lights to pierce through the eternal darkness of the caves, the loudest darkness I have ever experienced in my life. I have always been fascinated and I have become obsessed with the difference between our swift passage through these tunnels and what is left behind after our light has brough to life the features of the cave for just mere seconds. It is highly medidative to float in the darkness of the cave and listen to the slow heart beat in our chest, letting the rest of the world and its related worries outside. In this video I tried to capture Kewin Lorenzen gliding through passageways alternating traditional video with lights, and showing the difference as the light fades away.
