Teksturnya rangup dan agak cair di mulut. Sesuai buat kudapan di hari raya nanti. Selamat mencuba! Jumlah Biskut : Anggaran 110 keping BAHAN-BAHAN : 250 gm mentega bergaram (lembut, masih agak dingin) | 1 cawan dan 2 sudu besar 100 gm gula icing | 3/4 cawan 100 gm susu pekat manis | 1/3 cawan 1 biji kuning telur gred A 1 sudu teh esen vanilla 140 gm tepung kastard | 1 cawan dan 3 sudu besar 35 gm serbuk koko | 1/3 cawan dan 1 sudu besar 110 gm tepung jagung | 1 cawan 140 gm tepung gandum | 1 cawan dan 2 sudu besar 15 gm serbuk badam | 2 sudu besar Coklat rice secukupnya SUHU MEMBAKAR : 170℃, 20-25 minit, api atas bawah (kipas matikan).
