Since the fall 2022 crash, the market has rallied over 50%. There is a massive bull run. So what have I been doing? I took advantage of market hype, specifically around AI, and sold a stock at a 200% gain. This gave me over $18k of cash to redeploy and buy new stocks. I used that, along with new capital, to buy over $20k worth of investments. This was in a high quality dividend growth stock which I plan to own well into the future.
