The setup for this Allegro 2 core workout is simple with all exercises performed at position 3 for the allegro 2 infinity footbar. I will show you how to adjust the Allegro 2 infinity footbar and secure it into position 3 as well as position yourself on the mat and perform ab exercises using the allegro 2 infinity bar. These Pilates Reformer Core focused exercises can be added in to any full body workout using the Reformer infinity bar. This Balanced Body Pilates Allegro 2 is unique with the variations of exercises you can perform with the infinity bar. I am using 1 red spring for this series of abdominal exercises on the Allegro 2. If you need to adjust your spring to lighter tension, use a blue or blue button spring! ◉ Form Cues for all this workout: Make sure you can maintain your neutral pelvis in each abdominal exercise position to that you don't over-extend your lower back and miss the chance to use your core muscles. You want to feel grounded through your spine and connected to the mat's surface to fully brace with your core. If you feel your hip flexors engage too much and not your core, then slightly posteriorly tuck your pelvis to engage your abs, especially for the Pilates corkscrew exercise.
