Army Dog Kent Died: In a display of unwavering courage, a six-year-old female Labrador named Kent from the 21 Army Dog Unit valiantly gave her life while defending a soldier during a joint operation by security forces and the Jammu and Kashmir Police in Narla village of Rajouri district. Kent was leading a group of soldiers in the pursuit of fleeing militants when they came under intense hostile fire. In a selfless act, Kent shielded her handler and laid down her own life in the finest traditions of the Indian Army.
