This chapter focuses on encouraging learning - and includes many gems about fish, crabs, and human nature. I could not find an audiobook version of The Xunzi, a highly significant text. Therefore, i felt called to make one myself. I will go through a chapter weekly (my goal) of the solid translation work of Burton Watson. Having read the Complete Confucian canon myself (Confucius - The Analects, Mengcius - The Mengzi and Xunzi's text) - Xunzi's was the most impressive and is cited by many to be highly influential in the success of the long-lasting Han Dynasty. It's concise, well-thought-out and clearly written by someone with hard-earned wisdom.
