Original Soundtrack. Designed by Donatella Versace. This has been uploaded on other channels already, but I wanted to be able to see the clothing, so I uploaded the best quality I could find. This is a dated but very influential collection, playing with fabrics in very new and exciting ways, with an attempt at continuing the continuity Gianni had left off with (note the ‘96 atelier callbacks and the excessive cowl-necks in ode to ‘97.) The collection displays advanced play-testing with skill, with the cut of most of the garments being very technically advanced and difficult, extra points go to the craftsmanship for the half-sheer half-Oroton gowns. The hair and makeup were excessively a choice, I’ve seen many a joke about the lip and it’s warranted. The model lineup was definitely amongst the last of its kind with a new wave coming in during and after this season.
