Stitch #8 - Rosette Chain Stitch. This is another variation of the Twisted Chain Stitch we learned earlier. This time, the stitches are turned to create a border or can be arranged to create a loopy flower. It can also be combined with a detached chain stitch to create an Oyster Stitch.
