I am back after a while, presenting you my first ever Vlog and the first ever Walkthrough of a not-so-public-aware Executive Lounge in Visakhapatnam Railway Station. I visited this lounge for the first time in April 2017 and had a very pleasant experience. At that time, the occupancy level was almost nil. In a place where they could accommodate close to 20-30 guests, barely 3 seats were booked. I came back here 10 days back, while having to wait for 3 hours for my connecting train. I availed the lounge, only to see the occupancy level the same as it was 5 months back. The staffs remembered me, and gifted me one free hour of stay in the lounge, since I was a recurring customer. For 150 rs + taxes, any person can avail for 2 hours. For this amount, services such as free WiFi, Newspaper, TV and soft drinks are available. Washrooms are in fantastic shape and shower room too is available, but the shower room will cost you an extra 150rs. Food served is of top notch quality. Services right from Buffet to A-La-Carte is available for different and reasonable price ranges. Overall, it was a fantastic experience on both the occasions... Rightfully, I wont hesitate to come here back the next time. UPDATE: I went to Vizag on the 2nd of September 2022.... The Lounge is closed for good.
