The challenge is focused on the last mile of parcel delivery. Richard Klomp explains how he sees the ultimate last mile solution for parcel delivery by using an underground pneumatic transport system. Implementing his lessons learned from his 5* hotel experience into the ultimate customer journey of online shopping. Richard worked as a manager in 5* hotels in various parts of the world. Currently, as a Business Development Manager, his focus is on innovative solutions regarding the last mile of parcel delivery.
