A perfect nightcap to end any evening from Los Angeles Bartender turned Brand Ambassador Ryan Wainright The Lucano Corretto was created by Los Angles bases bartender Ryan Wainright while he was the bar director of both the Ponte and Faith & Flower here in LA. While the Pont has (sadly) closed Faith & Flower is still going strong and definitely worth a visit. Wainright created this cocktail for (and won) an Amaro Lucano competition an the recipe we're using was adapted by Kara Newman in her book Nightcap: More Than 40 Cocktails To Close Out Any Evening.
