The Ansible DevTools team at Red Hat manages over 15 active repositories (Python, TypeScript, Ansible Collections), and we faced exactly this problem. We built a centralized CI observability system using GitHub Actions reusable workflows and organization-level Slack notifications, enabling instant visibility of failures across all critical repositories — with zero manual setup per repo.
