I believe there is a best study method. It's the one that works for YOU, it doesn't work for your friends, it might not be the same one that your professor suggests and it may not be the one I suggest in this video. What I do know is this one is WORTH a TRY. Especially if you are struggling right now in your anatomy class. Repeating the same method and expecting different results is insanity. Here's how we test what we know: this is not fancy, you don't need to buy anything to do it, you just need something to write with and a blank sheet. 1. Get a blank sheet of paper, whiteboard, ipad/tablet screen, napkin 2. Pick an area (a compartment) OR pick a structure (follow the path of one nerve) 3. PUT ALL YOUR RESOURCES AWAY. If you don't do this step it won't work. 4. Take 60 seconds and put EVERYTHING YOU KNOW on the page. Important relationships, when something is close to something else, what innervates it, what artery is here, a clinical correlation, whatever you can remember about that area 5. Open those resources back up and check your work. Fill in what you missed. See what you don't know! 6. Rinse and repeat. Then let me know in the comments if it helped. You got this. #anatomylearning #study #studytips #medschool #medstudent #healthprofessionals #learnbetter #learningtips
