This was supposed to be a quick and easy HTPC build… then everything went sideways. Three junk PCs, one sketchy recycler haul, and way too many questionable decisions later — I somehow ended up with a working Skylake + GTX 1070 build inside a rare ALUTEK case from the late 2000's. This build had: Bent pins. Dead coolers. Drilled holes. Regret. But against all odds… it POSTED. ALSO - a quick apology — this is my first proper video in over 20 years. I’m still getting the hang of things again, and as you’ll probably notice… I shot the whole thing vertically instead of horizontally. Rookie mistake. I also ran out of battery — and time — so this build is coming to you in two parts. But hey, part two will be cleaner, better framed, and hopefully a bit less chaotic. Appreciate you sticking with me while I figure this all out. This whole thing has been a lot of fun though - And I have a heap of idea's for videos in the future. Part 2 will be the real test. Stay tuned. #likeandsubscribe #HTPC #PCBuild #JunkyardPC #DIYPC #BudgetGamingPC #GTX1070 #i76700K #ASUSZ170 #ALUTEK #RetroPC #TechRestoration #PCModding #ComputerRecycling #PCBuildSeries #SalvagedParts #TechDIY #PCEnthusiast #HomeTheaterPC #PCProject #PCBuildPart1 #JunkyardTech #FirstBuild #OldPCParts #PCBuildLog #CustomPC
