Same musician.

Maynard James Keenan, the lead singer of Tool and A Perfect Circle, is the lead singer of another band called Puscifer. Sometimes, talent is being able to play two completely different genres of music. In this case, Maynard's got some incredible talent. K so lately I've been hyperfixated on Maynard James Keenan's work. Like, I suddenly just got super into Maynard James Keenan's work. My freaking awesome mother is partially to blame for that because she's the one who introduced me to Tool (not that I'm complaining at all because why the hell would that even be a problem). She showed me Undertow (her favorite Tool album) in its entirety and bought the Rockabye Baby! album Lullaby Renditions of Tool for me to sleep to when I was a baby. I've started playing Lullaby Renditions of Tool to fall asleep again, even though I'm 20 years old. I think my hyperfixation in Maynard James Keenan's work started when I was listening to a track mix that I got from playing the Orgy song "The Obvious" and one of the tracks was from Puscifer. I had actually discovered Puscifer a few years earlier (flabbergasted at the fact that "V" is for Vagina was a REAL TITLE for a REAL ALBUM made by a REAL BAND) but never took any sort of interest until I found out that it was part of Maynard James Keenan's musical career. As of today, Puscifer is now one of my favorite bands alongside Tool, and I still need to check out A Perfect Circle. Also, I don't know what it is, but I ADORE Queen B, the demonic mascot for Puscifer (in the thumbnail); like, this is probably a weird take, but she is adorable for some reason. Anyway, I thought it would be interesting to compare two completely different works from the same musician, since many people (me included) have compared two completely different voices from one voice actor. :) Additional fun fact: Maynard James Keenan was in Green Jellÿ before he went on to form Tool!
