How to fix RCM2_a857 Tesla rear seatbelt error, cheap, fast and FREE. Probably works for all models, but this example is a model 3. Long story short: 1. Cut wire going to center seatbelt as close to buckle as possible 2. Pull rear seat cushion up 3. Pull center seatbelt wire through loop at bottom and strip the black and red wire so you have about 1/4 to 1/2 inch exposed and bend it in half or otherwise make it thicker 4. The center seatbelt wire goes to a green wire harness, but follow it to make sure. The rear passenger seatbelt harness should be grey. Plug the stripped wires into the back of the grey harness black to black, red to red so it gets the signal from that seatbelt. 5. Tape it up so it won't move. 6. DONE. Put cushion back.
