HD PLEASE This is my entry for Round 3 of TheShadoWings' Little Sentiments contest. The category for this round is storge, familial love, and it's dedicated to family and the bonds that family create. I can start off by saying that Jim and Silver aren't related by blood, but through the course of the movie a strong family bond is formed. Jim's father ignored him as a child and then left him and his mom when he was very young, while Silver has associated himself as a pirate who doesn't need anybody else. But that changes when they meet each other. Suddenly Jim has someone who'll stand up for him, encourage him, teach him, and even take care of him. Suddenly Silver isn't by himself anymore because he's grown to love this young man and he wants to be able to help him and see him succeed. Jim finally has a dad and Silver has a son that he never knew how much he wanted. I chose them because sometimes found family is even better than blood family. They both thought they were fine on their own only to find out they were better with each other.
