Hi Folks This series of machine are very solid and when the chain needs to be looked at, its an axle out job. I have had a few that have had broken roll pins that allow the cog to spin, but I think this is an original chain and sprocket set. Removing rusted on sprockets can be expensive, so just replacing the chain was the better option. The Star lock washer had an internal diameter of 7mm.
