In this video we will see how to make sodhi recipe in Tamil. Sodhi is a type of mixed vegetable kurma which is popular in Tirunelveli. Sodhi features the addition of coconut milk which creates this mellow taste to the recipe. Sodhi is an excellent culinary complement to Idly, aaapam, idiyappam, dosa and can also be served with rice. We are going to add crushed ginger instead of sauteing the ginger along with the onions. I have added lemon juice to impart a mild sourness to the kulambu. You can use any vegetable of your choice, I usually add drumsticks, potatoes, peas, carrots and beans in my recipe.
