Here’s the breakdown : One of the standout updates is that Cipher’s follow-up attack is no longer tied to her Ultimate. Instead, it now triggers on turns, making her rotation more streamlined and consistent without relying on energy. Cipher’s passive trace has also been adjusted. It now grants +10% Effect Hit Rate, replacing the previous +10% HP bonus. This shift enhances her debuff reliability, making it easier to gear her for hybrid builds. Cipher is no longer restricted to Energy Regen builds. With her updated mechanics, she can now use an ATK Rope instead of the Energy Regen Rope, enabling higher Crit or ATK investments. This change boosts her carry potential while maintaining flexibility in support-DPS roles. Cipher’s Vulnerability has been buffed as well, with the teamwide damage boost increasing from 30% to 40%.
