You can use this lucid dreaming hypnosis and meditation to induce either an OBE or a lucid dream. I've developed a blend of hypnotic and lucid dream techniques by using fractionation - periodic deepening then bringing the listener out of hypnosis - and combining this the "point and change" technique. I've obtained success in "melting" my bedroom walls and creating a new scene behind.
