Drive trains across the network as a Driver. Join the Stepford County Railway group on Roblox to earn the Trainee Driver rank and start your driving career. Pass your driver training to become a Qualified Driver. Send trains on their journeys as a Dispatcher. Once you've earned enough experience by driving, complete training to earn the Dispatcher rank to begin your platform duties. Ensure trains run on time as a Guard. Gather enough combined experience from driving and dispatching and you'll be eligible for training to earn the Guard rank.
