It was established on December 16, 2003, and completed on October 20, 2006, under the supervision of SAS Foundation. The complex covers 14 acres of land and consists of a mosque, a large eidgah, a graveyard, three lakes, a madrasa, and an orphanage. The architecture of the mosque is inspired by Islamic styles from the Middle East, with 20 domes and a 58-meter-high minaret constructed of white marble. The mosque's inner wall features calligraphies of Ayatul Kursi and Surat ar-Rahman. The capacity of the mosque is 1,400 people inside and 5,000 people outside, with additional space in the adjacent Eidgah for several thousand more.
