"Bullet-Proofing" My CAT C-12 Coolant System

Today I am back at the shop working on my 2001 Beaver Patriot Thunder. Last time I took it out, I discovered that my 22 year-old engine coolant surge tank finally sprung a leak and I had to do an emergency roadside repair to get home. While there are many options, I decided to try to bullet proof the engine coolant system by replacing the plastic tank with a custom made steel tank from Beaver Coach Sales in Bend, OR. This is a well built tank and probably the easy swap I've ever had to do on a RV.
