Chanterelle Mushrooms are really out this summer ... in fact, both Pacific Golden Chanterelles and White Chanterelles are hitting earlier in my local Pacific Northwest forests than I've ever seen! Join me, in the forests of Western Washington as I search for some of my favorite wild mushrooms.
