In this vlog, we explore the charming Austrian city of Salzburg and the fairytale village of Hallstatt — two of the most beautiful destinations in Austria 🇦🇹 We start our journey traveling from Vienna to Salzburg by train, one of the most scenic and comfortable ways to travel across Austria. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During our stay in Salzburg, we stayed in an Airbnb located just 3–4 minutes walking distance from Salzburg Main Station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The apartment had a shared bathroom and a clean, comfortable room — perfect for a short city stay. The city’s compact layout makes it easy to cover popular spots like Mirabell Gardens, Old Town, and riverside walks. For traveler's planning their trip, Salzburg also has excellent public transportation options including: 🚆 Local trains 🚌 City buses & trolley buses 🚠 Funicular to Hohensalzburg Fortress 🚕 Taxis and ride services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We also took a day trip to the breathtaking village of Hallstatt. You can buy your bus and train round trip ticket from Salzburg main station Ferry tickets are separate and needs to be purchased upon arrival.
