Visitors can take the green machine to the popular century-old Warehouse Number Two.Hsu Li-mingKaohsiung Acting MayorPier Two has four million visitors annually, and Cijin has 4.2 million. Now we’re able to combine the two with the establishment of this new route that connects Warehouse Number Two and Cijin. Not only does the new route connect Pier Two and Cijin Island, it also makes a stop at Hamasen Railway Museum, where visitors can easily hop onto Kaohsiung’s light rail, MRT or a shared bike.Ho-chen TanTransportation MinisterWe now have the perfect integration of public transportation, tourism, and ocean scenery. It is a green mode of transportation and a new starting point for tourism in southern Taiwan.An added incentive for summer visitors is two free ferry tickets if you spend more than NT$1000 at Warehouse Number Two. The deal will last until the end of August. The central and local governments are working hand in hand to promote the beauty of Kaohsiung Port in an environment-friendly way.
