Colour, texture, and familiar objects help regulate the day, and every decision earns its place. Mornings begin in the kitchen, seated together at a long, narrow table made from a recycled tabletop, paired with repurposed toy boxes that double as seating and storage. Downstairs, the living area is designed for rest, with a sound-insulating carpet, oversized plush sofa and soft lighting. Upstairs, the home shifts into studio mode, where an attic-like workspace embraces awkward nooks and leftover materials, turning them into shelves, desks, and tool storage for Asia’s illustration work.
