This is the first time that Debashish Bandyopadhyay, the councilor of Ward No. 15 of South Dumdum Municipality, has been given the responsibility of this book fair. After receiving this responsibility, Debashish Bandyopadhyay has done activities throughout the fair on the day of the inauguration. Around 39 stalls are provided in this fair and this book fair will run from 23rd December to 31st December.
