PEANUT BUTTER and SEA SALT Rice Krispy recipe Ingredients: 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup cream peanut butter 1 (10oz.) package of mini marshmallows 6-7 cups of Rice Krispies cereal 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (to melt and drizzle) Flakey sea salt to sprinkle Instructions: Melt butter in a big pot on low heat. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Pour in and melt marshmallows, continue mixing until all the ingredients fuse together into a smooth consistency. Keep stirring on low heat to avoid your mixture from burning. Turn off the heat and carefully fold in 6-7 cups of Rice Krispies cereal. While it's still warm and moldable, quickly transfer the mixture into a greased pan. (I used a 9x13 pan in the video) press and pack it down to minimize and withdraw big air pockets. Let it cool and set for 10 minutes. Cut them out into your desired shapes per serving. Dip or drizzle melted chocolate followed by a light sprinkle of sea salt. Enjoy!
