www.rabbitholeprojects.com Born in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn in 2005, Rabbithole has evolved alongside rapid changes in the neighborhood, with a consistent commitment to following its own instincts. rabbithole has exercised its cause not only as a vibrantly textured culture of creative people, but one born out of a mission to advance and celebrate younger, emerging talents in the New York art, music, film and performance worlds. it is composed of multiple ongoing projects that curate programming for the space, as well as alliances with artists and creative organizations in the neighborhood. Rabbithole was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. In addition to physical damage, the art space lost its financial backer, Rabbit Movers, to devastation along the Gowanus Canal.
