Motaro has debatably been one of the best, if not out right considered to be the best kameo for Liu Kang by some. It is clear to see why people do lean towards this opinion due to his very simple kit and quite honestly aligns with Liu Kang's kit perfectly. The fact that the throw combos can be chosen to remain on the same side or opposite is nice compared to other throw combos and the teleport arguably being on of the best moves for Liu Kang period due to his keep away/zoning playstyle in MK1. Also that Tail shot remains to be on a very short cooldown and is plus on block even though most people would know it is punishable by my previous video. All these aspects of Motaro make him a very easy kameo for Liu Kang players to pick up and play to see very good and early results with this character. Terminology K = Kameo UK = Up Kameo DK = Down Kameo FK = Forward Kameo BK = Back Kameo OKI = Okizemi - When a player is attacking an opponent as they are waking up of the ground. DOT = Damage Overtime - Unblockable damage from a move that is executed and persists for a varying amount of time.
