It starts from Huaihai Middle Road in the north and Zhaojiabang Road in the south. It is 1013 meters long, 15.0-16.0 wide, and the roadway is 9.0 meters wide. Built around the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), the northern section was originally called Route Pershing (Route Pershing), and the southern section was originally called Route Bridou (Route Bridou).
