Using only your bodyweight and a set of sliders, you can glide right into real, lasting results that target the core area to shred unsightly body fat and increase your core strength. Sliders have become very popular with anyone who is wanting to seriously attack the embarrasing “muffin top,” and finally get lean and healthy, while also improving overall core strength, mobility and balance. Slide Your Way to a Flat Stomach is a 4-part workout series designed to strengthen the entire body using nothing more than your bodyweight and a pair of sliders. Slider exercises have become very popular in recent years allowing the body to move in many ranges of motion using body weight resistance. These routines are fantastic for improved core strength, balance and joint mobility. Each workout is 10-minutes and made up of 5 exercises. Perform 10 reps per exercise, rest 15 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds. Perform 3 rounds total for a great workout session. We do bodyweight only workouts, beginner workouts, advanced workouts, dumbbell workouts, kettlebell workouts, arm workouts, ab and core workouts, stretching & mobility, yoga flows, leg only workouts, slider workouts, mini band workouts, glute only workouts and plate workouts just to name a few.
