In this video Adam and I are tearing down and looking at the parts of a Perkin Elmer SCIEX API 150EX spray mass spectrometer. I did a little research on this style of device before the tear down and there is no doubt in my mind that a few errors in explaining how this works exists, however you'll get the basic concept of operation. There is quite a few parts we go over in detail as well and general shop banter to go with it.
