(Measurements Below) ❤️ "Vatrushka" Ingredients: ------ For the dough: 360 grams - strong white bread flour 190 ml - milk 50 grams - sugar 1 egg 60 grams - butter 5 grams - dried active yeast 1/2 tsp salt ------ The filling: 250 grams - cottage cheese 1 egg yolk 30 grams - butter 20 grams - sugar 1 tsp - vanilla extract ------- Jam: You can use the jam of your choice (we used cherry) ------- Streusel topping: 50 grams - flour 25 grams - butter 25 grams - sugar 1 tsp - vanilla extract My Granny's Crepes: ------ I would like nothing more than to share my Gran's crepes recipe, but she just eyeballs everything...
