First Start in 10yrs for Honda's BIGGEST V-TWIN!

After rebuilding and cleaning the entire fuel system, polishing allll the chrome, and correcting the paint, we finally try to start Honda's biggest v-twin for the first time in 10 years. Things don't go according to plan right away, but there's a happy ending. After putting a fresh battery in it we tested whether it would crank or not. It sure did....and wouldn't stop. A few taps on the solenoid fixed the issue and then we were ready for fuel. With fuel, and a few primes of the fuel pump, it snap-crakle-popped to life and settled into a smooth idle pretty quickly. The rumble is perfect out of the V&H longshots, not too crazy but not too tame either. Next week we'll take it out on it's maiden voyage!
