डॉ अम्बेडकर और बुद्ध | मंगेश दहिवले | Rahul Dongre About the Speaker: Born in the town of Bhandara, Magesh Dahiwale completed his graduation in Electronic Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University in 1996. After passing the UPSC examination in 1998, he worked with the Ministry of Commerce (New Delhi) handling the desk of Foreign Trade with Latin America and Trade Policy. He quit the civil service in 2004 to follow his passion for the Ambedkarite movement and Buddhism. He has travelled extensively in India to mobilise for social justice. He also travelled to the USA, UK, France, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Nepal, Bhutan, Dubai, Bahrain, Oman, China, Sri Lanka etc to spread awareness about Ambedkarite and Buddhist movement. He has initiated several forums to serve the community such as IADF, BBN, etc. He writes extensively on the topic of the caste system, the Indian constitution, Buddhism, and the thoughts of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. He wrote a book Thinking Navayana Way. He has produced 15 documentaries on various Buddhist sites in India. He works as a business consultant and currently spends his time between Vijayawada and Nagpur. He helped to design a course on Socially Engaged Buddhism for Pune University. He is a board member of the Ambedkar Center at North Maharashtra University.
