Update - Brushless Summit

Finally got my Surpass Hobby 2000kv/150 amp brushless motor setup for my Summit. I was wanting something more than the stock brushed setup but didn’t want to break anything like so many brushless setups I’ve seen. It’s still on the stock 14 tooth pinion and has topped out at 27 mph but it might have a bit more in it as I didn’t have a whole lot of run space. Again, the goal here was just to go brushless and to make it a bit faster BUT most importantly, not to break anything…then again, who knows?! Maybe I’ll throw in a 16 tooth pinion! *update - Just shortly after making this video, I went to my local hobby store and just threw in a 17 tooth pinion gear and a 62 tooth spur gear and I ended up hitting 32 mph which is where I wanted to be so I am more than elated!
