This classic treat is moist, buttery, and full of flavor—perfect for tea time, dessert, or any sweet craving. MARBLE TEA TIME CAKE : Eggs: 4 Sugar: 1 cup (200g) Vanilla essence: 2 teaspoons Oil: 3/4 cup ( 125ml) Milk: 3/4 cup (180ml) All purpose flour: 2 cups (240g) Baking powder: 2 teaspoon Salt: a pinch Coco powder: 2 tablespoons INSTRUCTIONS: • Preheat your oven to 160°C and grease or line an 8” round cake pan. • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes light, pale, and slightly fluffy. • Add vanilla essence, oil, and milk, then mix well until fully combined. • In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
