Been dealing with tightness in the muscles of the inner thigh (adductor muscles)? Having chronic groin tightness and soreness? Notice your knee wants to "cave" in when you squat? If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then do I have an awesome stretch for you!! All you need is a broomstick or a piece of PVC pipe. Get down on one knee (we are stretching the adductors on the front leg from this position). Keep the torso upright. Place one end of the broomstick behind the back of the heel of the front leg. Hold the other end in your hand. Gently stretch forward slightly until you feel light tension. Then apply pressure out onto the broomstick and stretch those adductors.
