He now communicates using a voice prosthesis device known as an electrolarynx, which produces speech through vibrations. What stood out was how well the man had adapted to using the device. Despite the challenges, he was communicating independently, without needing constant help or interpretation. Dr. Abhishek was glad to see him carry out a conversation confidently, expressing his thoughts clearly.
