Was This the Worst Presidential Debate of All time?

The internet erupted after the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Many people complained it was basically a shouting match and even the worst presidential debate of all time. Presidential elections are meant to be a way of helping voters decide who to vote for, but many political scientists say even at the best of times they don't really matter. Studies have shown that political debates do very little to sway elections one way or another and coming into this debate only about 3 to 10% of Americans were still undecided. Polls taken afterwards had Joe Biden winning the night. But when some people are branding this as the worst presidential debate of all time it can be pretty hard to determine a winner. There are 2 more debates scheduled But all the backlash has prompted a few changes. The people in charge of running the debate say they're going to add a bit more structure to the night. They haven't said what's changing yet, but people have suggested penalties for interrupting or even shutting off a candidate's microphone to restore a bit of order. QLD BORDER UPDATE The Queensland border has opened up to more people in New South Wales, just in time for school holidays! People who live in Byron, Ballina, Lismore, Richmond Valley, and Glenn Innes shires are now allowed to travel between the two states without quarantining. WOMEN'S TWNETY20 New Zealand have ended a 13 match losing streak beating the Aussies in the third and final women's Twenty 20 international by 5 wickets. Kiwi Amelia Kerr scored player of the match thanks to her impressive performance with both the bat and ball. SOCCER Meanwhile the player of the match in this game between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur was a toilet! Yup - nature called for player Eric Dier whose coach chased him off the pitch to hurry him up. LINCOLNSHIRE PARROTS A group of parrots at a zoo in the UK have been given a time out after they were caught swearing at visitors! Parrots are pretty good at imitating humans and these cheeky guys aren't the only ones at the zoo showing off their skills. Chico the yellow crowned amazon parrot does a pretty good Beyonce Impression. PELICAN CRATE LESSONS How do you train two cheeky pelicans to get into a crate? You bribe them with delish fish of course! Pip and Percy from Melbourne Zoo have been learning to use their transport crates, which keepers say is really important. It makes life a lot easier for when they need to go to the vet or move to a different habitat. SOCCER PARROT A Croatian Soccer match was rudely interrupted when a parrot decided to swoop in on the action and perch itself on a Cibalia players back.
