After that she continued her studies n music and stage arts in 2003 at Bilkent University. In 2007, she participated in the Global Youth Orchestra program and performed in Berlin, Kasel and Bodrum. In the same year, she competed in the Elite Model Look contest. Öznur Serçeler was on 1st January in Kayseri and she has competed his primary and secondary education and she always shown interest in Music and arts forms, After her secondary education in 2001 she as attented Mersin University Conservatory and after that in 2003 she won a scholarship to Stillianan Stavreva’s class at Bilkert University facultyof Music and performing Arts, and after that in 2007 she took part in world Youth Orchestra project and also took part in Berlin , Kasel and Bodrum. During this period she also did some modelling work and was in Elite Model Look 2007. She started his acting career with his first drama series Hayat Devam Ediyor, directed by Mahsun Kırmızıgül. After that she appeared alongside Sarp Apak in the movie Karışık Kaset. Her first leading role was in the series Aşkın Kanunu in 2014. In 2017, she played the role of Fatoş in the TV series Dolunay. Between 2018–2019, she had a recurring role in the romantic comedy series Erkenci Kuş, in which she portrayed the character of Leyla.
